Our Process

Consultation

On inspection we will assess the characteristics of your property to determine a system that meets your energy requirements. We will discuss your options, provide a quote, agree on a solution and begin your renewable energy journey.

Connection Application

On acceptance of the quote and receiving of your initial deposit, we will book a target installation date. Generally 4 - 6 weeks from confirmation, this allows us time to get your network application approved with Ergon or Energex.

Installation

Our team will arrive on installation date and complete the quoted works which involves mounting the panels to your roof and installing the electrical wiring. Throughout this process the roof work can be noisy and the electrical wiring will require isolating power to your home for periods of time - which we minimize to the best of our ability!

Monitoring & Support

Our electricians will set up remote monitoring for your system and guide you through the process. After installation we will submit an electrical work request form with Ergon or Energex and handle all of the rebate paperwork. We're a local business, we'll be around for any after sales support or servicing that you require.
